Hello, I have enjoyed working at Windhoff for over 40 years and feel very connected to the company.  I love my varied workplace, where I can work independently, have many contacts with customers and suppliers and enjoy the advantage of a short journey to work. I also feel very comfortable with my work colleagues and have a few private contacts.

Head of Operational Purchasing & Logistics

I started my career 16 years ago with an apprenticeship in logistics at WINDHOFF.
Thanks to the continuous support of the company, I have been able to develop my career steadily and am now responsible for a strong team that is responsible for the entire material management from our suppliers through production to our customers.
It is always impressive to see our exciting products moving along the various transport routes towards the customer.

Industrial Mechanic

WINDHOFF has always been part of the family at home. After my father and his brothers had already learnt their trade here, it was clear to me that I would stay after completing my apprenticeship. I now work as an industrial mechanic and am constantly learning about complex systems, which I am also very interested in privately. I think it's good that I have my employer close by and can still see my family and friends, and I've been able to make new friends at work with whom I occasionally socialise.

Electrician

I completed my training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering at WINDHOFF because I am interested in the wide range of machines. Today, I'm always travelling on international service assignments, which makes the work process exciting and varied, and the assembly assignments in particular bring us colleagues closer together. On site, I work in the refurbishment area, which I find the most exciting so far, as the machines are completely dismantled and reassembled by us. I also find it very practical that the company is located right next to the railway station, so the journey home is almost door-to-door.
