We offer you flexible and comprehensive solutions for maintenance and servicing - from customised maintenance contracts and individual maintenance packages to complete support for your vehicles in our own maintenance workshops. With a full range of equipment and the ability to adapt to your processes, we ensure that all planned and unplanned work is carried out reliably and on time.

Maintenance contracts

We support you with all maintenance intervals for your vehicles. Whether by providing the required spare parts at the desired time or by having our own WINDHOFF personnel carry out the maintenance at your premises.

Maintenance packages

We offer customised spare parts packages to suit every maintenance interval, e.g. for annual maintenance. You can find more information on this on our overview page for spare parts.

Maintenance

With our own maintenance and servicing centre, we offer you comprehensive support for your vehicles. Whether by heavy transport organised by us or our rail siding, we carry out the basic overhaul within the desired downtimes. Equipped with overhead cranes and lifting equipment, we carry out all necessary activities and deadlines. Even unplanned work that occurs during the overhaul is carried out by us within the planned throughput time in a reliable process (in accordance with IRIS).

Step 1 - Contact

Step 2 - Condition check-up

Inspection of the vehicle and its condition with the aim of avoiding supplements and reducing throughput times.

Step 3 - HU checklist

Joint determination with our checklist for the main inspection.

Step 4 - Offer

You will receive a customised offer based on the condition of your vehicle.

Step 5 - Making an appointment

Joint scheduling and realisation of the project with guaranteed lead time.

Step 6 - Test drive

Once the work has been completed, we will arrange an appointment for a test drive on our test track.

Step 7 - Documentation

You will receive the standardised documentation for ECM after delivery.

Modules & accident repairs

Our modular solutions and services for accident repairs ensure that your vehicles are quickly and efficiently ready for use again. We offer flexible and adaptable concepts that minimise downtimes and ensure reliable operation.

Modules
With our modularisation, you can keep the downtimes of your vehicles as short as possible. WINDHOFF modules can be easily exchanged 1:1. This allows you to check the modules in parallel and overhaul them according to the maintenance level.
Accident repair
- Welding repairs in accordance with DIN EN 15085
- Replacement of discs (clamped and bonded according to DIN 6701)
- Repair of vehicles & other assemblies
