I would like to expand my Windhoff system.

Of course, we can customise or extend your system according to your wishes. We have the archived project documents and drawings for this purpose, so that a targeted quotation and project planning is possible in a timely manner. We can also visit you on site to discuss all the details so that we can fulfil your wishes exactly.

I would like to bring my system up to the current state of the art.

This is also possible! We will be happy to visit you on site and record all project details. We use the current version of Directive 2006/42/EC (Machinery Directive) as a basis for determining the minimum project scope. A retrofit also allows you to make special changes to the process and handling of the machine that could not be realised in compliance with the directive without a retrofit. Of course, a retrofit is always accompanied by an increase in system availability.

How does a repair work?

There are two options. We send one of our service technicians to your system to identify the fault. A fault can usually be found on site and rectified immediately. Alternatively, you can also send us individual system components, which will then be repaired by our experienced specialists in production. Of course, we will prepare a cost estimate beforehand according to the desired scope.  Please note that you will need a ticket number from us before dispatch. This ensures the smooth internal movement of goods so that your system part is delivered reliably and without delay to the correct workplace. 

Do I need to prepare anything for my enquiry?

Not really, we ask for everything important. However, it is quicker if you have the system or commission number from the system nameplate to hand. We can use this to view and process all the relevant data.

How does Windhoff ensure that my project is managed sustainably?

We work with various certified CRM and EDM systems to ensure consistent documentation and traceability. Even if your contact person is absent, a colleague will be able to answer your questions in detail.
