Since 2023, EWG has been bundling events on skilled labour, training and career prospects under the slogan #ZUKUNFTAUSBILDUNG. The largest projects are the Rheine training fair (June) and the MINT & CARE theme day (November), which focuses on technical and care professions. Both events promote dialogue between young people and companies. The MINT & CARE Day is organised in cooperation with the Berufskolleg Rheine vocational college. The aim is to highlight career opportunities in the region in an informal atmosphere.
