The Rheine training fair has been a central platform for career guidance in the region since 1999. It is aimed at people with different school-leaving qualifications and offers direct dialogue with companies, training scouts and skilled workers. Young people and parents can find out about regional career opportunities. Since 2023, the EWG has supplemented the programme with workshops on application tips and career prospects. These are organised by educational institutions and invite active participation.
